Whoever reports attaches a photo of the fault from the QR itself, with nothing to install and no account. The technician knows what to bring before leaving.
The order closes with what was done
The technician writes what was fixed and attaches up to three photos of the finished job. The administrator reads it on the same row, no WhatsApp needed.

Eight adhesive sheet formats —A4, Avery and the 38×21 mm ones— with the QR at the right size and a compact mode for the smallest. Print at 100 %, never fit-to-page.
No artificial intelligence
Classification is done by a keyword list the company configures, with written rules. No data is sent to a model or used to train anything.
Your data leaves with you
Under “Your data” the administrator downloads a full copy and can permanently delete everything by typing the company name. No email, no waiting.

Is there anything to install?
No. It opens from anyone’s phone by scanning the code on the wall. The company buys no equipment and pays per person.
What if my staff do not speak the company’s language?
That is the whole point: each person reads and taps in their own language, and the technician gets it in theirs. The manager sees the classification, not a translation.
What does it cost if the company grows?
The same. The price is per company: unlimited areas and technicians. Never charged per area or per person.
Do I need to install anything or buy devices?
No. It opens in the browser of the phone, tablet or computer you already own. You can add it to the home screen so it behaves like an app, and each area’s QR prints on your own printer.
Can another company see my data?
No. Isolation is enforced in the database, not on the screen: every query is filtered by the session’s company and rules are checked on the server. Even knowing someone else’s identifier, the database returns nothing.
What happens if I stop paying or stop using the app?
Your data stays available while the account exists and can be downloaded at any time. If you decide to leave, “Your data” deletes everything permanently, without emailing anyone. By email works too.
Does it work for more than a hotel?
Yes. The same application works for office buildings, clinics, schools, hardware stores, workshops and plants: any place with areas that break and a team that fixes them. The menu names are neutral on purpose: company, area, person.
How do I pay, and is there a lock-in?
By card through Stripe, with no lock-in: cancel any time from the app. The first 2 months are a trial and there is a free plan with an order cap to try it without paying.
