Improper content

Last updated: 21 October 2026

Document in English. Also available in Spanish.

What content is not allowed

Whoever reports from a QR code may describe the problem and attach a photo of the fault. Nothing unrelated to that is allowed: images of people, sexual, violent or offensive content, personal data of third parties, advertising and any unlawful content.

A report photo is not public: it is stored in a private bucket and only the team of the company that owns the area sees it, through a link that expires in minutes. It is not indexed by search engines.

The company team can delete it from the panel at any time (the “Delete photo” button on the order). That is the first and fastest route: there is no need to contact us.

How to report it

Write to sleyer90@hotmail.com with the subject “Improper content”. To be able to act, a notice must include:

1) Where it is: the name of the company and the area, plus the approximate date and time of the report. The report code or the link, if you have it.

2) What is wrong with that content: why you consider it unlawful or that it should not be there. The more specific, the faster it is resolved.

3) Who is reporting: your name and an email address to reply to. If the notice concerns sexual abuse of a child, you do not have to give your name.

4) A statement confirming that you believe in good faith that what you say is accurate and complete.

What happens next

Receipt is confirmed without undue delay and the flagged content is reviewed. The decision is taken diligently and objectively and is communicated to the email in the notice, with the reason and with what can be done if you disagree.

If the content does not belong there, it is deleted from storage: not hidden, the file is removed. An internal record is kept of what was deleted, when and who asked for it, so that we can answer for it.

If the content suggests a crime against someone’s life or safety, the competent authorities are informed in addition to removing it.

No artificial intelligence is used to review or classify these notices: a person reads them.

If the notice is about something else
